Shipping policy

Shipping costs are not included in the listed price for garments purchased online. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based upon the shipping address you provide.

All garments are shipped directly from Robyn’s studio based in Nelson, New Zealand through Aramex. Shipping is free of charge for orders shipped to New Zealand addresses. Shipping to Australian addresses is charged at a flat rate of $11.00 NZD. International shipping to all other countries and territories is charged at a flat rate of $19.00 NZD. 

All garments are made to order unless stock for the selected style, size, material, and colour is immediately in-stock at Robyn’s Nelson-based studio and available for dispatch. Garments not immediately available will be made to order and customers will be notified via email when these items ship. All reasonable efforts will be taken to dispatch orders in a timely manner within a single shipment. However, if you are experiencing a delay with your order or communication regarding the status of your order, please contact Robyn Reynolds here.

Customers will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of or after delivery. Please be aware that Robyn Reynolds does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Robyn Reynolds, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
